Scope of Services: The Lake Forest Zone B to C Recycled Water Pump Station project includes, but is not limited to, the demolition of an existing horizontal split case pump station, the construction of an 1,800 square foot CMU pump station building, a CMU site perimeter screening and retaining wall, paving, mechanical piping and equipment, horizontal end-suction pumps, electrical systems and equipment, controls systems and equipment, HVAC systems and equipment, a surge control system, and associated piping. The project also includes installation of the SMWD interconnect facilities which includes, but is not limited to, demolition of existing PVC pipeline, installation of electrical and instrumentation systems, installation of ductile iron pipe and fittings, magnetic flow meter, and valves within a concrete vault
