Fairmont Irvine is a 300-room hotel that is planned to be built at the intersection of Jamboree Road and Barranca Parkway. It is expected to open in 2025.
Kimpton Everly Irvine is a 180-room hotel that is planned to be built at the intersection of Michelson Drive and Jamboree Road. It is expected to open in 2025.
