Scope of Services: The 54-inch Baker Pipeline Realignment in Reach 1U Through Santiago Creek project includes, but is not limited to, removal of approximately 300 LF of 54-inch diameter concrete cylinder pipe within the Santiago Creek in the Irvine Regional Park and construction of approximately 300 LF of 54-inch diameter welded steel pipe with 10 additional feet of cover. The work will be open-trench construction with dewatering of the pipeline, dewatering of groundwater, filtering of all dewatering flows, slurry fill in the pipe zone, backfill, and restoring the creek to pre-construction conditions. All work must be performed within the existing 25-foot wide easement.
