Scope of Work: The work necessary for the completion of this contract comprises of general construction of a locker room, bathrooms and associated spaces; obtaining City building permits; passing background checks for all workers entering the Police Station; removing and disposing of the existing improvements; constructing improvements; and completing other incidental items in place as required by the Contract Documents at the Newport Beach Police Department located at 870 Santa Barbara Drive, Newport Beach, CA 92660.
