Description of Project: Precise grading, site improvements, 10” to 36” CML&C WSP yard piping 10” to 24” EL&P WSP mechanical piping, 23’ tall, 6,800 square foot CMU building with parapet, drainage facilities, paving, motorized swing gate, electrical and telemetry equipment, lighting, electrical meter and service, electrical transformer, instrumentation, booster pumps and motors (3-250 HP, 5-400 HP), pump cans (6-36”, 8-30”, each 20’ deep), 10” to 36” butterfly valves, check valves, PRVs, flow meters, HVAC system, three 3,800 gallon surge tanks, acoustical paneling, blankets, louvers and doors, 54”x30” and 54”x20” CML&C WSP connections to the ex. 54” CCP Irvine Lake Pipeline, seven ILP bottom drain modifications, and all other appurtenant work.
Engineer’s Estimate: $13,555,000 (Thirteen Million Five Hundred Fifty-Five Thousand Dollars)
