Description of Project: This project will construct approximately 850 linear feet of heavy industrial steel fencing, three (3) vehicle gates including one motorized vehicle gate, and three (3) pedestrian gates including two electronic access gates at the Michelson Water Recycling Plant located at 3512 Michelson Drive in Irvine. The scope of work will include construction of the improvements and integration of the electronic and motorized gates.
Time of Performance: 120 consecutive calendar days from date of mailing the Notice of Award.
Engineer’s Estimate: One hundred thirty-three thousand seven hundred fifty dollars ($133,750)
Pre-Bid Conference: There will be non-mandatory pre-bid meeting on Wednesday, October 25,
