Description of Project: Rehabilitation of the lift station wet well coating, lift station dry well
piping, ventilation system, and ductile iron sewer force main. Construction of a new CMU electrical building and a new stairwell for access into the underground lift station dry well.
Time of Performance: 390 consecutive calendar days from date of mailing the Notice of Award
Pre-Bid Meeting: A mandatory pre-bid meeting that will be held on Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at 10:00 AM at the IRWD Operations Center, 3512 Michelson Drive, Irvine, CA 92612. There will be a site visit after the pre-bid meeting.
