This will be the only opportunity for contractors to take inventory of the site conditions including the Fire Station interiors where work will be performed.
Scope of Work: The work necessary for the completion of this contract consists of obtaining no-fee City building permits; removing and disposing the existing Apparatus Bay; constructing new Apparatus Bay and its associated improvements; constructing site improvements; making various improvements to the remaining existing building; painting various surfaces; arranging with West Net for their work; constructing new perimeter wall; plugging existing concrete driveway; and reconstructing deteriorated pavement adjacent to the Fire Station on Dover Drive.”
