Bids **“WILL NOT”** be accepted from any bidder who did not attend the Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference.
Project Description: Rehabilitation of an approximately 4.7 acre neighborhood park including the rehabilitation of the existing 1.1 AC lake with aeration system, installation of a new pumping/irrigation system, and all associated site development.
Construction Site Description: The site is large enough to allow for the storage of all construction materials. Contractor’s construction office shall be on-site and the entire project site shall be secured with fencing from the surrounding neighborhood.
