Location of Opening: Irvine Ranch Water District 15600 Sand Canyon Avenue, Irvine, CA 92618
Description of Project: Removal and replacement of existing fire line backflow preventers, vaults, meters, fire hydrants, water services, mainline valves, post indicator valves and fire department connections. Construction will include demolition, removal, potholing, trenching, traffic control, pipe installation, trench back fill, paving repairs, slurry seal and restriping.
Time of Performance: 120 consecutive calendar days from date of mailing the Notice of Award
Engineer’s Estimate: Three Hundred Sixty-Seven Thousand Three Hundred Dollars ($367,300)
Pre-Bid Meeting: A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 AM Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at the IRWD Operations Center, 3512 Michelson Dr., Irvine, CA 92612
