In just 18 months’ time, Mike Close owner of Spinnaker Development constructed the 4 level residence that includes subterranean living, 6 bedrooms and 9 baths. Creatively designed by Chris Brandon of Brandon Architecture, the home is of traditional design with modern “open” living areas as well as an outdoor courtyard, decks and balconies. The main level consists of a formal living and dining rooms adjacent to a great room and kitchen. The second-level contains 4 secondary bedroom en suites, a master suite including a retreat/sitting room, oversized bath and walk in closet with an island. All the levels are accessible by a beautiful circular stairway along with an elevator that leads out to the large roof deck. The 1900 sq. ft. basement includes a wet bar, wine cellar, theater, gym and game room along with two bathrooms as well as multiple storage and equipment rooms. This magnificent home is fully furnished and stunningly decorated by Kevin Smith of Details Design Firm.
