Pre-Bid Conference: There will be non-mandatory pre–bid meeting on Tuesday, March 3, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at the IRWD Michelson Operations Center, 3512 Michelson, Irvine, CA 92612. There will be a job walk at the construction site following the meeting.
