Customer Success Story – Brandon Architecture of Costa Mesa

BA2The custom home designs of Brandon Architecture of Costa Mesa are rapidly becoming the “new look” of the 21st century in Corona del Mar and Newport Beach. Brandon Architecture can take credit for having designed a home on every flower street in the village of Corona del Mar in the last 4 years! The owner Chris Brandon began his career in Hermosa Beach and received his architectural degree from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 2002. Chris worked for local architects for 6 years before venturing out on his own in 2009, at the height of the recession. With the help of his wife Kayley, the pair started Brandon Architecture in the spare room of their home and with hard work and inventive designs the business began to grow and in 2010 they opened their current office on Red HillBA1 Avenue in Costa Mesa. Chris hired his first employee in 2011 and has added a staff member every 6 months to meet the growing demand for their signature custom home designs. His creations are a beautiful mix of classic Cape Cod and California Casual and also very sophisticated modern styles utilizing natural stone, granite, and more. The team has designed over 50 homes in less than 4 years and last year alone they pulled 23 new permits in Newport Beach. With the addition of their son 18 months ago, Chris is looking to the future and will continue designing custom homes and will venture into the boutique hospitality area of design. When asked about the secret to his success, Chris said It is important to do what you love, show up to work every day, be honest, and work hard, and then success will follow! We are proud to be a part of your success!]]>
