CITY OF IRVINE, CALIFORNIA NOTICE INVITING BIDS

DATE OF OPENING BIDS: Bids will be received at the City of Irvine until 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 18, 2014, at which time and place bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
LOCATION OF THE WORK: The work to be performed hereunder is located in the
City of Irvine, County of Orange, at the Orange County Great Park.
MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING: There will be amandatory pre-bid meeting on Monday, November 10, 2014, at 9:00 a.m. at the Orange County Great Park. The initial meeting location will take place promptly at 9:00 a.m. in the North Lawn Parking Lot located on C Street (refer to directions below). Contractor shall have a minimum of one person to inspect the site at this Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work to be performed shall include, but not be limited to: Asphalt pavement construction, miscellaneous grading, signing, striping, domestic water, reclaimed water, sewer mainline construction, reinforced concrete manholes, and other items not mentioned here, but are required by the plans and the Special Provisions.
