The project includes, but is not limited to, removal of the chlorine gas storage and feed system, installation of a temporary sodium hypochlorite storage and feed system, and installation of permanent bulk sodium hypochlorite tanks, metering and transfer pumps, piping, valves, instrumentation, monitoring, controls, alarms, and all related appurtenances.
Time of Performance: 390 consecutive calendar days from date of mailing the Notice of Award

Pre-Bid Meeting: A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, October 28, 2014, at the IRWD’s Sand Canyon Headquarters located at 15600 Sand Canyon Ave., Irvine, CA, 92618.
A site visit to the Rattlesnake Reservoir Chlorination Facility will follow the meeting at Sand Canyon Headquarters.
