The Irvine Ranch Water District is putting on an event with NBC4 News to help the community become more water wise and help with California’s current drought.
The event will be held on October 11 from 10 AM to 1 PM at the IRWD Sand Canyon Headquarters.
At 10:30 AM there will be a special NBC4 drought discussion followed by a meet and greet. The first 500 people will receive free water kits. The event will also feature family activities, raffles and giveaways.
People are invited to sign a pledge to Do One More Thing and conserve water.
