The Celebration of the third anniversary of OC Parks Irvine Ranch Open Space was a success. This annual event saw over 150 in attendance. There was a diverse group of participants including children, teens, seniors, bicyclists and equestrians. The day included self-guided hiking and biking, and docent-led hikes. After refreshments and a visit to the community partner fair, participants explored historic Black Star Canyon and trails in Baker Canyon.  All participants could receive tee shirts and bandannas  supplied by the Orange County Parks, Eco friendly aluminum water bottles donated by the Irvine Company, and  SPF 15 Lip balm from the Irvine Ranch Conservancy.  Many other Local and County agencies were there to support this annual event.
