OCB, ARC in Irvine closes it doors !

ARC formerly known as OCB on Mitchell Street in Irvine closed it’s Reprographics Facility last month. Is this a sign of the times or perhaps a result of the buyout of all the OCB and CR Reprographics by ARC (American Reprographics Company) ?  SABP Reprographics, is still  one of the few small independently and woman owned reprographics companies it the Irvine area.
