Scope of Work:

The work necessary for the completion of this contract consists of :
Obtaining City building permits
Removing and disposing of the existing Fire Station, Branch Library, and on/off-site improvements
Surveying
WQMP; SWPPP;
Constructing new Fire Station/Library building and the associated utilities
Constructing on/off-site improvements
Furnishing and installing FF+E
Containing all construction debris onsite; removing and disposing of errant debris
Arranging and coordinating with Utilities and West Net installations
Testing for building water tightness
Landscaping establishment and maintenance
