Description of Project: Replacement of eleven (11) existing sewer manholes with larger 36–inch diameter covers and installation of all necessary improvements including, but not limited to: manhole shaft and cone sections, grade rings, manhole coating and lining, frames, covers, replacement of street sections, final asphalt paving, slurry and road striping.
Time of Performance: 100 consecutive calendar days from date of mailing the Notice of Award
Engineer‘s Estimate: One Hundred Ninety Thousand Dollars ($190,000)
Pre-Bid Meeting: A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, September 10, 2015 from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. at the IRWD Operations Center located at 3512 Michelson, Irvine, CA 92612.
