Description of Project: The Project includes, but is not limited to, demolition and replacement of the existing Zone A to Rattlesnake Reservoir Pump Station, demolition of the Northwood Zone A to B pump station, demolition of existing septic systems, construction of a new sewer system, demolition of above and below grade abandoned facilities, construction of a new dechlorination storage and feed system, construction of a new Rattlesnake Reservoir return pump station, construction of new pressure reducing valves, construction of a new potable water supply, installation of a permanent standby power generator and demolition of existing standby power generator, new site electrical service and undergrounding of overhead utilities, replacement and upgrades to communication equipment, and site improvements including hardscape, paved access roads, and fencing.
Pre-Bid Conference: A virtual non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 am on May 21, 2020 through WebEx. Site visits during bidding may only occur on June 2nd, June 3rd, and June 4th between the hours of 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. Visitation must be requested and set up in advance via email at mcgehee@irwd.com.
