Pre-bid meeting: There is a mandatory pre-bid meeting at 12 p.m. (Noon) on Friday, November 22, 2019. The meeting will be held at the District Engineer’s office at 234 East 17th Street, Suite 205 in Costa Mesa, CA.
Contract Time: 45 working days.
Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment for the cleaning and CCTV inspection of the following ten (10) siphons:

3) Paularino & Flood Control Channel
4) Mesa & Irvine
5) Anton & Park Center Drive
