The Contractor shall complete all work under Contract within 120 consecutive working days after the date on the Notice to Proceed.
The buildings where various maintenance work is to be performed are:
1. 58th Street Restrooms (58th Street @ Seashore Drive).
2. Channel Place Park Restrooms (Channel Place @ River Avenue).
3. Eastbluff Park Restrooms (Vista Del Oro @ Hacienda).
4. Balboa Pier Restrooms (Balboa Pier).
5. CDM State Beach Restrooms (Corona Del Mar State Beach).
6. Buck Gully Restrooms (Ocean Blvd Extension to Little Corona Del Mar Beach).
7. Port Westbourne Park Restrooms (Port Westbourne Pl @ Port Barmouth Pl).
8. Irvine Terrace Park Restrooms (Seadrift Drive @ Evita Drive).
