Project name: Serrano Summit Tract 17331/Civic Center Phase 1 Street and Storm Drain Improvements and Utility Improvements PW 2015.30
Engineers Estimate: $3,500,000.
Bids Due: September 28, 2017 at 2:00 PM. The City of Lake Forest City Clerk, 25550 Commercentre Drive, Suite 100, Lake Forest, CA 92630 at which time or thereafter said bids will be opened and read aloud.
A “MANDATORY” Pre-Bid Conference and Site Review: September13, 2017, 3:00 p.m.
Location will be the Lake Forest City Hall, City Council Chambers-Community Room A. Each and every Bidder must attend the Pre-Bid Conference. Prospective bidders may not visit the Project Site without making arrangements through the Mr. John Erickson, jerickson@bernards.com or 818-262-5007.
Bids WILL NOT be accepted from any bidder who did not attend the Pre-Bid Conference and Site Review.
