Bids are due: 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, February 23, 2016 the office of the City Clerk, 25550 Commercentre Drive, Suite 100, Lake Forest, CA 92630, at which time or thereafter said bids will be opened and read aloud. Bids received after this time will be returned unopened. Bids shall be valid for 90 calendar days after the bid opening date.
