Riparian View Vehicle Access Gates

Bid Opening Date: Wednesday,October 1, 2014, at 2:00 p.m.  at Irvine Ranch Water District  15600 Sand Canyon Avenue, Irvine, CA 92618

Description of Project:   The Riparian View Vehicle Access Gates Project will install two vehicle access gates on Riparian View near the Michelson Water Recycling Plant in Irvine.

Time of Performance:  90 consecutive calendar days from date of mailing the Notice of Award

Engineer’s Estimate:     $70,773.00

Pre-Bid Conference:   There will be non-mandatory pre–bid meeting on Tuesday, September 16, 2014, at 10:00 am at the IRWD Michelson Operations Building, 3512 Michelson, Irvine, CA 92612. There will be a job walk following the meeting at the construction site.
