The popular chain, Taco Bell, opened it’s new upscale Mexican restaurant in downtown Huntington Beach a couple of weeks ago. The restaurant is called US Taco Company and offers a simple lineup of 10 premium tacos, thick cut fries and shakes. Some of the tacos offered include the “Winner Winner,” which features Southern-style fried chicken breast with “South of the Border” gravy, roasted corn pico de gallo with fresh jalapenos and cilantro in a flour tortilla.
The “One Percenter” features fresh lobster in garlic butter with red 
cabbage slaw and pico de gallo on crispy fry bread. The “Not My First Rodeo” taco is filled with smoked brisket, molcajete salsa, slaw, pickled onions and cilantro. The tacos are priced around $4 and the typical check is expected to be around $12 with a drink. US Taco Co plans to open more locations that will serve beer and wine as well as beer spiked shakes such as the “Mexican Car Bomb”, which consists of vanilla ice cream, tequila caramel sauce, chocolate flakes and Guinness Stout.
