Aliso Creek Inn and Golf Course has a new name “Ranch at Laguna Beach”

SABP3Nestled in majestic Aliso and Woods Canyons in the heart of Laguna Beach , this hidden treasure is being re-envisioned and renovated by Burge Corporation, a local, family operated construction company.  Expected to reopen in late 2014 as a premier boutique Southern California beach ranch resort. This pristine 83-acre canyon oasis is just a short walk from Aliso Beach, bringing the best of coast and canyon together in one uniquely Laguna experience. Loosely scattered about the park-like grounds the Ranch will host

  • 64 Canyon Rooms featuring 410 square-feet of space
  • 9 Creekside Studios offering 600 square-feet, and an additional 160 sq. ft. patio or upstairs deck.
  • 3 Creekside , 715 square-foot. one-bedroom suites.
  • The Ranch will also feature 20, two-level, two-bedroom cottages.
  • The coveted Tree House will be nested high above the grounds surrounded by windows.
California Cuisine Meets Craft Production The HARVEST restaurant will feature a comfortable culinary experience utilizing the bounty of the season and will serve up comfort food inspired by the best of regional and grown-on-property ingredients. The menu will change with the SABP5seasons, as will the techniques used in the cooking and aging of provisions, inspired by the local flavors, ingredients and traditions of American and California Cuisine. The Bar Serving  craft beer and wine selections including  ten to twelve rotating taps. Each beer features a paired appetizer from the menu that changes with new beer selections. Wine lovers have their choice of newcomers and favorites alike from a manageable, interesting and contemporary coastal California wine list. SABP4Golf Course The Gary Roger Baird-designed 9-hole course is sited in the most serene and natural setting in Orange County. The course is carved into the naturally dramatic and lush walls of Aliso and Woods Canyons, creating an ultra-private playing experience with stunning views and elevation changes on every fairway. The early morning golfers will be sharing the course with the many native California mule deer that freely wander the course.
