DATE OF OPENING BIDS: Bids will be received at the City of Irvine until 10:00:00 am on Tuesday, February 11, 2014, located at One Civic Center Plaza, Irvine, California 92606-5208 LOCATION OF THE WORK: The work to be performed here under is located in the City of Irvine, County of Orange, on Warner Avenue from Construction North to Harvard Avenue.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work to be performed shall include, but not be limited to: traffic signal installation; traffic signal interconnect installation; striping and pavement marking modifications, sign installation; removal and replacement of concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk, driveway and ADA ramps; replacement of AC pavement; irrigation system modifications; utility/pull box adjustments and other items not mentioned here, but are required by the plans and the Special Provisions.
The Engineer’s construction cost estimate for the project is above $450,000.
