I hope the majority of Orange County Residents, whether you are  Litigation Support Professionals, Builders, Public Works Administrators, Architects, or Surveyors had the opportunity last night to Scan the horizon and view the most beautiful Sunset and Rainbow I have ever seen.  I was thinking that the unusual weather last night seemed like “Earth Quake” weather and then today there was a 4.4 magnitude earthquake in Yorba Linda !  I hope there was not damage to the infrastructure or any of the Cal Trans Projects under Construction.  That could surely be a blue print for disaster.
