Description of Project: This project provides for a completed landscape and irrigation system including controllers, enclosures, valves, piping, fittings, rotors, spray head, wiring, installation of mulch, staking of trees and all work necessary to complete the plans. Also, the project includes installation of hardscape, including concrete walk, site concrete, and installation of gravity wall.

Engineer’s Estimate: $609,000 (Six Hundred Nine Thousand Dollars)
Pre-Bid Meeting: A non-mandatory pre-bid/site safety meeting is scheduled for Thursday, February 28, 2019 at 10:00 AM. The meeting will be held at the Michelson Water Recycling Plant, 3512 Michelson Drive, Irvine, CA 92612. Personal Protection Equipment (vest, hard-hat, safety glasses, safety gloves, and steel toe shoes) is required.
