Description of Project: The 3.7 Million Gallon (MG) Zone 1 Reservoir Project includes constructing a 145-ft outside diameter and 34.25-ft tall prestressed concrete tank, site grading, yard piping, 36-inch diameter piping in public-right-of- way, concrete vaults, retaining wall, drainage facilities, overflow facilities, isolation valves, check valves, flow meters, reservoir mixers, chemical piping, paving, electrical and telemetry equipment, site landscaping and irrigation, and all other appurtenant work.
Time of Performance: 540 consecutive calendar days from date of mailing the Notice of Award
Engineer’s Estimate: $11,000,000 (Eleven Million Dollars)
Pre-Bid Meeting: A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at 10:00 AM. The meeting will be at 15600 Sand Canyon Avenue, Irvine, CA 92618.
