  • Rancho Mission Viejo is moving ahead with the second phase of the Sendero Development near Ortega Hwy and San Antonio Parkway.  Their plan is to add another 3000 homes and apartments. Single family home prices range from $323,000 –$400,000. Phase One will include 1226 homes and apartments. A large portion of the community is geared toward people who are at least 55 and amenities such as home-care services and lifetime home warranties are being considered to appeal to the older buyer. The grand opening was last weekend.


  • Newport beach based William Lyon Homes will be debuting attached homes starting at $300,000 called Lyon Cabanas, located within the village of Sendero.  This new neighborhood will feature.. Attached floor plans have been designed to showcase open, spacious living areas filled with generous natural light, and select plans will feature the stunning ambiance of loft-inspired, two-story interior volume.
