Description of Project: This project will provide a complete landscape irrigation system including controller with master valves, remove control valves, underground boxes, ball valves, quick couplers, PVC class 315 mainline, schedule 40 lateral lines, spray & pop-up heads, tree bubblers and any work necessary to
insure efficient and uniform distribution of irrigation as shown on the plans. The work also includes a complete landscape planting as shown in the contract documents.

Time of Performance: 100 calendar days from date of mailing the Notice of Award
Engineer’s Estimate: $108,630 (One hundred eight thousand six hundred thirty dollars)
Pre-Bid Meeting: There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting on Monday, January 14, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at the IRWD Operations Center, 3512 Michelson Drive, Irvine California, followed by a job site walk at the Newport Coast Lift Station if necessary.
