Scope of Work:
The work necessary for the completion of this contract consists of :
1.) Distributing construction notices to existing businesses and residents
2.) Construction surveying
3.) Removing existing sidewalk, curb and gutter, driveways, asphalt concrete pavement
4.) Offsite improvements and restoration,
5.) Planting, clearing and grubbing, and
6.) Construction of new PCC sidewalk, PCC curb, PCC curb and gutter, PCC access ramps, PCC driveways,
7.) Asphalt concrete pavement overlay, asphalt concrete pavement, pavement delineation, block retaining walls,
8.) Storm drain modifications, traffic signal modifications,
9.) Installing landscaping, tree root barriers and irrigation, plant establishment, and other incidental items of work.
