Description of Project: This project will include replacement of approximately 260 feet of 8-inch vitrified clay pipe (VCP) with 10-inch Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) pipe between existing manholes, and installation of 260 feet of cured in place pipe (CIPP) on an 8-inchVCP sewer pipe on Elderwood street in Lake Forest, CA. The scope will include bypass pumping as necessary to perform the work. The scope of work will also include replacement of frames, covers, and grade rings for three manholes.
Time of Performance: 90 consecutive calendar days from date of mailing the Notice of Award.
Engineer’s Estimate: One hundred nineteen thousand one hundred twenty dollars ($119,120)
Pre-Bid Conference: There will be non-mandatory pre-bid meeting on Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at 9:00 am at IRWD Operations Center, 3512 Michelson Drive, Irvine, CA 92612.
