Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and Site Review will be held at Lake Forest City Hall, City Council Chambers-Community Room A, on the following date(s) and time(s): 3:00 p.m. March 15, 2017. Each and every Bidder MUST attend the Pre-Bid Conference. Prospective bidders MAY NOT visit the Project Site without making arrangements with the Construction Manager.
