Description of Project: Construction of the ILP North Conversion Santiago Hills Zone C+ Reservoir includes constructing a concrete prestressed reservoir, installing a strainer and flow control facility, site grading, yard piping, retaining walls, drainage facilities, paving, surge suppression equipment, electrical and telemetry equipment, valves, flow meters, replacing pumps at an existing pump station, removing existing strainers, installing pressure reducing valves, and all other appurtenant work.
