Bid Opening Date and Time: Tuesday, January 19, 2016, 2:00 PM PST. Location of Opening: Irvine Ranch Water District, 15600 Sand Canyon Avenue, Irvine, CA 92618
Description of Project: The project includes all labor, materials, and equipment required to install 1,670 feet of 12-inch PVC pipe, 20 feet of 6-inch PVC pipe, main line valves, air vacuum valves, removal of existing backflow assembly and ancillary equipment, including but not limited to demolition, removal, potholing, trenching, paving repair, slurry seal, re-striping, and all other necessary work.
Time of Performance: 120 consecutive calendar days from date of mailing the Notice of Award
Engineer’s Estimate: Three hundred sixty-one thousand seven hundred sixty-five dollars($361,765)
Pre-Bid Meeting: A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held on Tuesday, January 5th, 2016 at 2:00 PM, at the IRWD Operations Center located at 3512 Michelson, Irvine, CA 92612.
